The 34-year-old's deal at the Allianz Arena is set to expire in 2021.
Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is convinced Manuel Neuer will decline an offer to move to Premier League side, Chelsea.
The World Cup winner, whose current deal at the Allianz Arena runs out in 2021, has been in talks over a contract extension with the Bundesliga champions.
According to reports, Neuer has attracted interest from a few clubs in Europe, and it is believed that Chelsea are among the clubs monitoring the goalkeeper if he does not agree fresh terms.
"We both know what we have in each other,” Rummenigge told Bild.
“And under these circumstances I am optimistic that we will find a solution in the end and that Manuel Neuer will sign a new contract.
“We have the world's best goalkeeper and we have already won everything with him.”
