Neymar continues to be linked with a return to Camp Nou.
Former Barcelona president Sandro Rosell believes resigning Paris Saint-Germain ace Neymar would help the LaLiga leaders.
Rosell says the Brazil superstar is the second-best player in the world behind Argentina attacker Lionel Messi.
Neymar, who left Barca for Ligue 1 champions PSG in a world-record €222million transfer in 2017, has been heavily linked with a move back to the Camp Nou, though, with the financial impact of COVID-19, it'll be difficult for the Blaugranas to secure the services of the former Santos forward in the next transfer window.
"If I were the president of Barca, I would try to sign Neymar," Rosell, who was Barcelona president when Neymar moved from Santos to Spain in 2013, told COPE and Radio Marca.
"He is the second-best player in the world after Messi and fits perfectly into the philosophy of the club.
"But with experience, he would sign him with two contracts, one sports and the other behavioural."
The 56-year-old added: "I would not sign Lautaro for €111million but I would try to exchange two players".
