Gundogan tests positive for coronavirus.

Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has tested positive for COVID-19.

The Cityzens revealed on Monday morning that the former Dortmund star had contracted the deadly virus.

The 29-year-old is currently self-isolating and will do so for 10 days.

Gundogan will not be available for Man City's Premier League clash against Wolverhampton on Monday night and will miss the EFL Cup clash against Bournemouth on Thursday as well as their Premier League match vs Leicester City at the Etihad.

The German playmaker is the third City player to contract the virus after team-mates Riyad Mahrez and Aymeric Laporte.
