Ex-Brazil forward has urged Barca to ignore PSG star Neymar.
Neymar has won three Ligue 1 titles since arriving at PSG in 2017.
Barca should opt against signing Neymar, says Elber.
Former Brazil striker Giovane Elber says Barcelona do not need to re-sign Paris Saint-Germain ace Neymar. Elber believes the Brazil forward behaved badly when he decided to leave Los Cules for PSG. Neymar, 28, has been constantly linked with a return move to the Camp Nou, almost three years after joining Ligue 1 champions PSG for a world-record €222million. When quizzed by Cadena SER whether Barca should sign Neymar for the second time, ex-Bayern Munich star Elber replied: "No. As he left Barcelona, for me there is no possibility of returning to Barcelona."
More: Barca must make a few changes to win the Champions League. The 47-year-old added: "For me, Neymar behaved very badly with Barca, because when he wanted to leave Barcelona he said he wanted to be the best in the world.
"But for God's sake, you are not going to be the best in the world playing for PSG. For that, you have to go to Real Madrid or Barcelona, to some team where you can win the Champions League. "I believe that PSG will still not be able to win the Champions League in the next three or four years."
Since swapping Barca for PSG in 2017, Neymar has won three successive Ligue 1 titles, to go with Coupe de France, Coupe de la Ligue and Trophee des Champions honours.
