German winger Leroy Sane "overjoyed" to be at Bayern Munich.
Sane had his first training session yesterday since putting pen to paper on a five-year contract with the Bundesliga club.
Germany international Leroy Sane has expressed his utmost joy at undertaking his first training session with Bayern Munich.
The Bundesliga champions shared footage on their social media accounts showing winger Sane training alongside new team-mate Niklas Sule on Monday.
Sane, 24, who joined Bayern from Premier League side Manchester City for a reported fee of €60million earlier this month, said in a short video: "It was very good.
"It was a small group for training with Niklas Sule, but it was great to be out on the pitch again, completing my first session here on the training ground.
"I'm just overjoyed to be here."
Sane could have joined the German giants last summer but suffered a serious injury just before the 2019-20 Premier League campaign started.
Bayern have confirmed Sane will wear the number 10 shirt next season.
