Holders Liverpool were knocked out of the Champions League with a dramatic extra-time defeat to LaLiga side Atletico Madrid in the last 16, and Jordan Henderson said they have to use the defeat to 'finish the season strong'.
Jurgen Klopp's Reds looked like they had overturned Atleti's 1-0 advantage from the first leg when Georginio Wijnaldum headed home late in the first half and Roberto Firmino registered his first goal at Anfield this season in extra-time.
But, a double from substitute Marcos Llorente, and a cool finish from Alvaro Morata in the dying seconds sent Diego Simeone's determined army through to the last eight of Europe's elite competition.

The first mistake Liverpool made was what cost them the tie against Digeo Simeone's army.
Following the match, the Reds captain Jordan Henderson said his side will have to use the loss to motivate themselves for the rest of the 2019-20 campaign.
"We put everything into that game so we are bitterly disappointed, especially with the goals we conceded," the 29-year-old midfielder told BT Sport.
"All we can focus on is our performance level, and to have conceded those goals isn't like us. We're disappointed but we'll take it on the chin.
"For the rest of today and tomorrow it won't feel nice, but we have to use it to help us finish the season strong."
It's the first time Liverpool have failed to progress from a two-legged tie in a European competition under Jurgen Klopp's reign.
