Diogo Jota is eager to score more goals for the Premier League champions as he reveals Jurgen Klopp's advice.
Liverpool forward Diogo Jota expressed his delight after scoring in his Premier League debut on Merseyside.
The Portuguese forward came off the bench to wrap up the win for Jurgen Klopp's side against Arsenal on Monday night after missing a brilliant chance moments earlier.
Jota, who quit Wolverhampton Wanderers for the Anfield club weeks ago, said it's 'an amazing feeling' to have found the net last night and wished he had done so in front of the home fans.
Liverpool continued their 100% start to the 2020-21 campaign, thrashing Mikel Arteta's Gunners 3-1 to move straight to the top of the Premier League table.
While speaking to Sky Sports, the 23-year-old said: "It is an amazing feeling, I just wish it could be with a full stadium but I am happy to seal the win for the team and get the result.
"In football sometimes you score, sometimes you miss and you have to believe you are going to score and fortunately I did.
"[The manager] told me to keep pressing like we were doing and be happy with the ball and do what I used to do. Play good football and press without the ball.
"I will do my job in training every day, hard work, and do my best on match day.
"The first one is always the hardest one, to keep on going is the most important thing. I have one, I want more.
"We are pretty much in the beginning, three games in and we want to keep going and get three points in the next game."
