France international Paul Pogba wants his Manchester United team-mates to build on their win against West Ham United as they head into big games against RB Leipzig and Manchester City this week.

The Red Devils came from a goal down to secure a 3-1 win against West Ham at the London Stadium on Saturday afternoon, thanks to goals from Pogba, Mason Greenwood, and Marcus Rashford.

The win means Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are now five points behind Premier League table-toppers Spurs [with a game in hand] despite their slow start to the 2020-21 campaign.

United have now channeled their attention to the Champions League as they travel to the Red Bull Arena to play their final group game against German side RB Leipzig on Tuesday night and must avoid a defeat to qualify for the knock-out stages of the competition.

After their clash in Europe's elite competition tonight, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will host Pep Guardiola's Cityzens - who are one point behind the Red Devils in the Premier League table, with the Manchester clubs sitting in fifth and sixth spot respectively.

However, midfield maestro Pogba has urged his teammates to adopt the 'mentality of winning always'.

While speaking to MUTV, Pogba said: 'It has to be inside. I mean, always. We cannot afford to lose and be happy with a loss or a draw.

'We have to be bad losers - that's what we have to be - and always want to win. Even 1-0 or 6-5, we have to win. That's what we want.

'We have Champions League [against Leipzig] and we have City. We know that those are two very important games, decisive games.

'We have to carry on this mentality of winning, always. That's what the club is about and we want to carry on this and what we did in the second half [against West Ham].'
