The 31-year-old defender has no desire of leaving the Bernabeu and is confident the feeling is mutual.
It Will Continue To Be Marcelo For Real Madrid Until The Spanish Giants Say They No Longer Require The Brazilian's Services.
Marcelo has calmed speculation linking him with a move away from Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The Brazil full-back has been linked with Serie A club Juventus, but he has quickly responded to the rumours by saying he has no intention of leaving Los Blancos.
"I don't want to leave, and I don't think Madrid would let me anyway," the 31-year-old said on Instagram.
“I'm really happy here. Since I came here with my family, it's been incredible.”
Marcelo added: “I don't really know if it's true that Juve wanted to sign me to be honest."
Marcelo also reminded fans about reports that linked him with the Old Lady a few years ago when Ronaldo made the switch from the Santiago Bernabeu to the Turin. “A couple of years ago I heard that I’d signed for Juve, that I’d already pulled on the Juve shirt and that I couldn’t live without Cristiano! “People invent a lot of things. It was all fine with me, as I saw that some Juve fans quite liked the idea of me joining.”
