Neymar believes Jurgen Klopp will continue to win silverware at Liverpool, adding that the Premier League champions play some of the best football in Europe.
Klopp guided the Reds to their first English top-flight title in 30 years this summer after winning the Champions League last season.
And, Brazil ace Neymar has the opportunity to win his first European trophy since he joined the Ligue 1 club from Barca on Sunday when they face Bayern Munich in the final in Lisbon.
However, Neymar hopes they can topple the German giants tomorrow.
The Brazilian international told the Daily Star: "Over the last two seasons Liverpool have played some of the best football in Europe.
"Last season winning the Champions League and this season winning a league was strong, because they won the Premier League so comfortably. Their coach has built a strong team and next season I am sure they will be very competitive again."
He added: "The [Champions League] semi-final was a very good performance - but nobody remembers who wins semi-finals.
"That is over now. Bayern are going to prove a very big test and we will be ready. They have many good players, but we are also at a high level and I feel I am playing at my best since I have arrived in Paris.
"This is where we want to be. The owners have a big project and part of that project is to be considered the best in Europe. We have never been closer than we are now - but we must stay focussed."
