Nkunku reveals his admiration for two ex-Chelsea players.

Nkunku will join Chelsea on the 1st of July when the Blues return for pre-season under new boss Mauricio Pochettino.

New recruit Christopher Nkunku has revealed that two players spring to mind when he hears Chelsea.

The Frenchman, who secured a move from German club RB Leipzig to Stamford Bridge this summer, has admitted how much he admires Chelsea greats Eden Hazard and Didier Drogba.

The 25-year-old forward was given a club tour last week and after seeing his new training ground last week, he was quizzed about which players would provide him with inspiration when he starts plying his trade in the English top flight.

‘I like Eden Hazard, for sure,’ he said as chelseafc.com quoted.

‘I think, for me, he is a legend of Chelsea. I have played against Hazard in friendly games but I have never met these guys.

‘And I obviously like Didier Drogba. My first memory of Chelsea is when they won the Champions League with Drogba, and Drogba ran with the cup.’
