Steven Gerrard pays tribute to Jurgen Klopp’s Reds.

Steven Gerrard heaped praise on Jurgen Klopp’s "fantastic" Reds after they were crowned Premier League champions on Thursday evening. Liverpool secured their first league title in 30 years after Manchester City were beaten 2-1 Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Shortly after the Merseyside club were crowned champions, Gerrard hailed his former side Liverpool, Klopp, and owners Fenway Sports Group (FSG). "Congratulations to all @liverpoolfc on winning the Premier League," the Rangers manager wrote on Instagram.

"Incredible achievement from a fantastic squad of top players.

“Led by a world class manager and coaching team also a special mention for the backing from FSG.

"And lastly and most importantly the fans who have waited 30 years. Let the party begin."
