Klopp was pleased his Liverpool side took another major step towards their first league title in 30 years.
Jurgen Klopp knew his Liverpool stars needed to “fight hard” to bounce back to winning ways after they were knocked out of the FA Cup on Tuesday night.
The Reds came from behind to secure a 2-1 win over Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The Cherries broke the deadlock through Callum Wilson nine minutes into the clash at Anfield before goals from Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane handed the Merseyside club a vital win ahead of their Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.
And following the victory Klopp told BBC Match of the Day: "I know what the boys are able to do, but I am not the one that is playing, they are. We have said before, confidence is not something that you get, put in your pocket and keep for the rest of your life. It comes and goes.
"You need that feeling where things work out.
"You have to fight hard, that's always the main thing to do, but we have 82 points now, which is really nice. We have to carry on fighting. Give everyone a proper fight and that's what we did today."
The result means Jurgen Klopp's Reds are now 25 points clear of second-placed Manchester City, who play Manchester United on Sunday.
